At ECI Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Carefully place your item in its original luxury packaging, including all certificates and documentation, and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided by our team and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
